The restaurant I'm going to tell you about is located in Kikar Hamusica in Jerusalem and it's called Andalucia. Tell me in the comments if you've already tried it? I don't know about you, but the decor reminds me a bit of restaurants in the United States. But what really struck me was the atmosphere and the food. And at the same time, you'll tell me it's normal, I'm in a restaurant. But I promise you, you feel the difference when they put effort into your dish or when they're going to rush it, and there, they really put in the effort. Anyway, you can see it in the video. In the heart of Kikar Hamusica, Andalucia welcomes you in a unique setting combining tradition and modernity. This kosher tapas bar restaurant sublimates Spanish cuisine by adapting it to Israeli flavors. What's great is that since you're in the square, you very often have lively evenings with singing.
Okay, now let's get back to the dishes, I'm not going to tell you if it's too good or if I loved it because people are tired of it, I'm just going to tell you what I recommend: The tuna tataki is a real hit, obviously you can't miss the beef carpaccio and for the main courses, honestly, go for it with your eyes closed, the meat is excellent.
