For all those going to Juan-les-Pins this summer, you're in for a treat. The Gadol team has decided to open a restaurant for you with a breathtaking view of the sea. Le Gadol is located at the corner of Boulevard Charles-Guillaumont and Avenue de l'Estérel. What really struck me about this restaurant was, first and foremost, their cocktails: ideal for this summer and so good! I recommend the Sex on the Beach, it was incredible. We started with appetizers, and with the sun on us and the sound of the waves, we couldn't help but love this timeless moment. The avocado toast was made with a little onion and egg. It was divine, but a little difficult to eat neatly. You can imagine that I let Yeochoua and Éric take care of the goat cheese toasts, and they loved them! Then we moved on to the main course. Since summer is coming, I settled for a salad, but remember that phrase. Yeochoua, for his part, opted for a pizza and, having tasted it, it was wow: the dough was light, with thick edges just as we like them. Éric took care of the sea bass fillet, but that wasn't enough for him, so he helped Yeochoua with the pizza. Between two or three bites of salad, I devoured a whole plate of pasta with sauce. At the same time, who can resist? I loved my cocktail so much that I had a second one! And frankly, it's rare in kosher to have such good cocktails. And finally, the desserts! Who talked about dieting? I know... but for my part, I'm too weak in front of a chocolate fondant.
