Pitmaster kosher restaurant in Petah Tikva All branches are kosher under the supervision of the Regional Rabbinate. Tables are served at the knights' tables. Premium wine, spirits, and cocktails are available for an additional charge or for take-out. Soft drinks are not sold at the restaurant; you may bring your own. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are available, by prior request only. THE SHOW The Pitmaster hosts its own unique and unforgettable show. Huge pieces of meat are roasted and smoked in a unique charcoal and wood-fired hearth. The Pitmaster decides what you will eat and when, and rings the bell to announce the serving of the next dish. The pieces of meat are transferred to the cutting board and will be presented to you with explanations of the preparation process.
