The idea for the Qumran restaurant emerged during a trip to the Dead Sea, near the famous Qumran caves where precious manuscripts bearing witness to Jewish history were unearthed. Inspired by this exceptional site, the founder wanted to recreate this mystical atmosphere in the heart of Tel Aviv, giving birth to a space where gastronomy, dance, music, and performing arts combine to offer each guest a unique sensory experience. Our conviction was clear: to transform every evening at Qumran into a memorable moment, we had to entice our guests with an exceptional culinary offering. This is why we entrusted our kitchen to Moshik Roth, former chef of a two-Michelin-starred establishment, who masterfully reinvents the flavors of the Middle East. Our approach goes far beyond simple catering: we seek to create an authentic emotion in our customers. Thus, day after day, our team deploys creativity and passion to conceive, develop, and refine every detail, with the aim of providing you with pleasure, wonder, human warmth, and moments of sharing. It is only by uniting our efforts around this common vision that we can put our signature on our work and let the magic operate in our Qumran cave.
