About
We are back at The Miam restaurant, located in the heart of Boulevard Malesherbes in the 8th arrondissement, to test its brand-new menu. This Beth Din of Paris restaurant welcomes you in a unique atmosphere but, above all, with new and original recipes. It is Roni himself who imagines these dishes, prepares them, and serves them to you. Obviously, I won't give you the secret to these recipes, but I invite you to go and try them for yourself. We had the chance to test almost all of these new starters. We first started with the mozzarella fritters accompanied by a homemade tomato sauce, and that is what allows them to stand out from other restaurants. The Miam offers themed evenings with a DJ, and you can even book the restaurant for your events. I invite you to contact them to find out more. Yehochoua tested these stracciatella briks, and when I was talking about secret recipes, I was specifically referring to these briks. There was a little something extra that I can't quite explain. Next, we tested the burrata tomato. Well, there is nothing special about a burrata tomato, but at The Miam, the burrata is perfectly melting and the tomatoes are heirloom tomatoes. For the second part of the tasting, I opted for pasta with sauce and Eric for pesto pasta. As for Yehochoua, their signature fish with black bread. It's surprising every time to see the black bread. But at The Miam, their motto is to be generous. Look at how huge the fish was! And finally for desserts, Eric chose the lemon tart, for me my essential chocolate fondant accompanied by a scoop of pistachio ice cream. And Roni joined us for the crème brûlée.
