About A unique culinary experience in Levallois We recently discovered Ventisei, a dairy restaurant located at 107 rue Édouard Vaillant in Levallois, and we were delighted to share my experience with you. From the moment we walked in, the decor captivated us. The atmosphere is sublime, with flowers adorning the space, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. The Ventisei menu is impressive in its diversity, but their specialty is truly unique: "boles." These are bowls made of pizza dough, filled with the pasta of your choice. We were skeptical at first, but after tasting them, we were won over. The experience of dipping the pizza dough into the pasta sauce is simply delicious. Among the other dishes we were able to taste: Mozzarella fritters, accompanied by an exceptional sauce A refreshing tomato-mozzarella salad Pesto pasta which pleasantly surprised us, even for those who don't necessarily like pesto Our friends opted for the pizzas, served by Yeoshoua and Éric. They particularly enjoyed the "vegetariana." The portions are generous, to the point that they couldn't finish their plates. I highly recommend Ventisei to all lovers of innovative Italian cuisine. It is an address not to be missed for a unique gastronomic experience in Levallois.
