Closter Mart is more than just a store selling Israeli and kosher products. Founded by two long-time friends with extensive experience in other fields, we aim to offer the Israeli and Jewish community of Closter and the Northern Valley a unique, one-of-a-kind experience. At Closter Mart, we want you to feel at home and rekindle the nostalgia of Israel - the places, smells, foods, sounds, and music you miss. Step into our store and feel transported back to the bustling streets of Israel, where every visit feels like a warm embrace of home.
Beyond our regular inventory of Israeli and kosher products, our deli offers freshly baked bourekas, rugelach, and other pastries daily. You’ll also find freshly sliced cheeses and deli meats. Our deli kitchen prepares sandwiches to order, with both dairy and meat options, alongside hotdogs. For special occasions, we provide light catering services, including platters of sandwiches, bourekas, rugelach, and more.
Shopping is convenient and flexible. Visit us in-store, order online for pickup, or opt for delivery within a 6 mile radius. Parking is hassle-free with a private lot directly behind the store, ample street parking, and nearby municipal lots.
We are open six days a week, closed on Shabbat, and close two hours before Shabbat begins on Fridays. At Closter Mart, every detail is designed to bring you closer to the heart of Israel.
Kashrut & dining
All products are kosher and with various hechsherim, most products are made in Israel.
Our deli and kitchen is maintained as Community Kosher, without certificate and supervision.

Friday: 7.30 am - 2 hours before Shabbat
Sunday: 8.00 am - 6.00 pm
Closed Shabbat and Chagim
Erev Chag hours same as Friday
