About

SEBIR prepares kosher food and Shabbat for Jewish groups in Poland and across Europe. We kosher the venue's kitchen and cook on site with a mashgiach, or bring catering from a kosher kitchen. The group's rabbi sets the standard, up to mehadrin: Chalav Yisrael, Glatt, bishul Yisrael. We don't issue certificates.

For Shabbat, meals are kept warm on platas and urns, the hall is ready from Friday afternoon, and before the group arrives we go through the building with the hotel: key cards, motion-sensor lights, hot water, the elevator.

We work with foundations, schools and camps, Jewish organizations, travel agencies and hotels. Based in Krakow, working across Poland (Warsaw, Lublin, Lodz and smaller towns) and, on request, elsewhere in Europe. English, Polish and Russian. With Jewish groups since 2023.

Kashrut & dining

The kashrut standard is set by the group's rabbi, up to mehadrin: Chalav Yisrael, Glatt, bishul Yisrael. A mashgiach is in the kitchen on site. SEBIR does not issue certification.
