Pesach 2026 in Review: What Kosher Pesach Programs Offered
Before comparing Pesach 2027 offers, it helps to know what last season looked like. goKosher holds 567 past-season Pesach listings, mostly from Pesach 2026. They cover hotel programs, private villas and rentals, and a few tours. This review sums up what they show.
The formats
Full-service hotel programs dominate: 500 of the 567 past listings. They include all meals, Sedarim, daily minyanim and usually children's programming.
63 were villas and rentals, for families who prefer to make their own Pesach or bring in a caterer. A handful were touring programs and one was a camp-style program.
Where they ran
The USA had 136 programs, Greece 82, Italy 51, France 36, Spain 35, Morocco 30 and Mexico 26. Florida, Crete, Catalonia, California, Rhodes, New York, Marrakesh and the Riviera Maya were the busiest regions.
Who is coming back
At least 17 past venues are already listed for 2027, from Arizona and Florida to Portofino, Rhodes, South Africa and Jerusalem. Returning venues are a useful sign: the operator knows the hotel, and past guests can tell you what to expect.
What to compare in 2027
- Hotel program or self-catering villa: very different budgets and levels of effort
- Full stay or partial stay, and whether extra nights are optional
- Price basis: per person or per room, and at what occupancy
- Children's programming: ages, hours and whether it is included
- Kashrut: the supervising authority, gebrokts, kitniyot and Cholov Yisroel
- What the price leaves out: flights, transfers, excursions, taxes and tips
