The kitchen features comprehensive Kosher kitchen essentials, including dedicated meat pots, pans, and meat dishes. Both the refrigerator and freezer feature functional Shabbat modes, and the property includes a Shabbat Elevator.

Full Shabbat essentials are provided on-site for guest convenience: Kosher Mezuzot on the doors, a hot plate (plata), a hot water urn, candlesticks, and a Keli for Netilat Yadayim. The villa is in an excellent religious neighborhood environment within easy walking distance to multiple local Synagogues and a community Mikveh.
