At Modern Bread and Bagel, brunch is not just for the weekend. Guests can now enjoy mouth-watering, fast casual brunches, minus the gluten. House smoked salmon as well as a variety of unique cream cheeses and dips complement our kettle boiled Ancient Grain Bagels. Our all-day menu features creative brunch items including BYO and chef curated fresh bagel sandwiches, a variety of avocado toasts, breakfast grilled cheese, craft salads and hearty bowls.
We do as much as we can in house, squeezing our own juice, blending our own teas and baking all bakery items on site daily. The bakery's fresh bread offerings include vegan Focaccia, a dairy free Rustic Bread Loaf, and a vegan Seeded Multigrain that can be topped with smashed avo, organic scrambled eggs, homemade hummus, and more. Our baristas craft a variety of tea lattes and espresso drinks with coffee from Australian style Grumpy Roasters in Brooklyn. Our pastries are made on site and serve as the foundation for yummy dine-in dishes like our Coconut Challah French Toast with Coffee Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Coconut Custard.
