Day 1: Tel Aviv & Jaffa – Where History Meets Modernity Experience the vibrant energy of Israel’s Mediterranean hub. We begin in the ancient, winding stone alleys of Old Jaffa before transitioning into the modern pulse of Tel Aviv. Highlights include a sensory walk through the bustling Carmel Market, discovering the hidden charm of Neve Tzedek, visiting Independence Hall to trace the birth of the state, and a sunset stroll along the iconic Rothschild Boulevard and the Mediterranean beach promenade.

Day 2: Caesarea & Haifa – Coastal Wonders & Panoramic Views Travel north along the scenic coastline to Caesarea National Park. Walk in the footsteps of kings as you explore Herod’s grand Roman harbor, the restored Roman theater, and the ancient hippodrome. We continue to Haifa for breathtaking, panoramic views overlooking the Bahai Gardens and the bay. The day concludes with a visit to the Stella Maris Monastery on Mount Carmel and the historic, beautifully restored German Colony.

Day 3: Akko & Rosh HaNikra – Crusader Secrets & Sea Grottoes Explore the deep layers of Crusader history in the UNESCO World Heritage site of Old Akko. We will tour the subterranean Knights’ Halls, walk the ancient city walls, and navigate the mysterious Templar Tunnel. Our journey concludes at the dramatic Rosh HaNikra Grottoes, where you will descend by cable car into spectacular, white limestone sea caves carved by the Mediterranean waves at Israel’s northern border.
