Premier Kosher Holidays is delighted to have secured the beautiful Coral Beach Hotel & Resort, nestled in the south west corner of the Island of Cyprus. The hotel is located in a stunning location, overlooking 300 meters of golden sandy beaches and the sparkling waters of Coral Bay.

​The hotel combines traditional Cypriot décor and authentic woodwork with modern and earthy materials and colors.           We are proud to introduce our culinary team with experienced Chefs and Pastry Chefs from Israel, Europe and Cyprus.

           The team is under the direction of the hotel's master Chef, Chef Charis Phillippou, who has vast experience in fine dining, and was a member of the Cypriot team that took the Silver in the Culinary Olympics. Working with Chef Phillippou will be our team of chefs from Israel and abroad. Our Pastry Chef and team are renowned for their masterful and delightful creations.

          ​All of the food is cooked fresh daily in our dedicated kosher kitchen and pastry shop, and served in our private dining room. We also have the exclusive use of the outdoor beach view terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast and dinners, overlooking the beautiful vistas of Coral Bay.

           We will do our best to accommodate any and all food requests that you might have i.e. gluten free, vegetarian etc.

          Glatt Kosher L’Mehadrin under the supervision of Rabbi Berel Simpser of International Kosher Mehadrin. Rabbi Simpser has been involved in the field of Kashrus for over 30 years and gives Hashgacha to hotels worldwide. IKM is the largest Kashrut provider to Passover hotels in the world.
