Pesach on a Budget is a new concept in Pesach Getaways geared towards making it more affordable fo families to go away to a hotel for Pesach.

In the United States it has become expected when you go to a Pesach program, that it will be more than just a hotel stay with meals and minyan. It is expected that there will be lavish tea rooms, extensive meals, and big shows. While these are enjoyable qualities in a
Pesach Program, they also make programs unaffordable to some. Pesach on a budget seeks to change that. A stripped down getaway, which covers all the basics, but none of the excess, allowing for an
affordable vacation for families who want to spend less than $5000 a couple and less than $1000 a child

The program includes great food, service, and a good
time. By removing the extras such as expensive meals, continuous lecturers and activities, and over the
top tearooms, we are able to provide a program on a budget affordable to most families

Kashrut & dining

Kashrus is by Rabbi Binyamin Taub (chassidishe Hashgacha from Monsey). It is non-gebrokts cholov yisroel, and all chicken is KJ and all beef is Solomons. Hand Shmura Matza will be available for the seders and machine shmura matza available for all other meals

The Hudson Valley Resort, a full time kosher hotel
with a full time kitchen staff, is organizing this program and ding the catering

Three daily meals, with plenty of food

Shabbos and Yom Tov night time meals will be waiter served on dishes and have a choice of beef or chicken. Lunch and chol hamoed dinners will usually be buffet meals with 5-6 choices and a salad bar and served on plastic.

Lunches will usually have a fish option. By making these meals more like what you have at home, we save you thousands off your family's reservation

We will provide a limited kiddush with herring, fruit and cake and there will be some tea rooms for the kids with chips and cake. By not having extravagant tea rooms we are saving you money.
