Last year we were hosts to almost 5,000 Passover guests in programs that have become the standard for the industry in creativity, service and impeccable adherence to Kashruth.

Rooms & accommodation

Make yourself at home in one of the 584 all-suite rooms including 28 Signature Suites. All rooms feature pillow top beds, LCD TV'S, refrigerators, room safes, complimentary wireless Internet and designer toiletries and hair dryers. Kashrut & dining

 The all-star team of Prestige Caterers will be coordinating our outstanding food operation. Whether it's in our dining rooms, sumptuous tea rooms, or poolside barbecues, a large variety of impressive delights await your dining pleasure.

We will be under the Glatt Kosher supervision of International Kosher Mehadrin, Rabbi Berel Simpser Rav Hamchshir.

Religious life & Shabbat

Rabbi Chaim Steinmetz is the Senior Rabbi of Congregation Kehilath Jeshurun on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He has been a congregational Rabbi for over 30 years, and previously served pulpits in Montreal, Quebec and Mount Vernon, New York. He has always been deeply engaged in community affairs, and currently serves on the board of directors of the UJA-Federation of New York and the American Jewish Committee-NY. When he lived in Montreal, Rabbi Steinmetz served as a Vice President of the Montreal Federation, and held executive positions in the Montreal Hillel and the  Canadian Jewish Congress. He has written for many publications including The Washington Post, The Daily News, The Globe and Mail, La Presse, The Jewish Journal, Haaretz, and The Jerusalem Post.

Rabbi Steinmetz received his ordination from Yeshiva University, where he was a fellow of the Gruss Kollel Elyon and has an M.A. in Jewish Philosophy from the Bernard Revel Graduate School, and an M.A. in Education from Adelphi University. He is married to Lisa Schwartz, and they have four children.

Yosie Levine is the Rabbi of The Jewish Center in New York City. Before joining the Center, he served as the educational director of the Lauder Foundation's Beit Midrash in Berlin, Germany and as the visiting scholar of Congregation Knesseth Israel in Birmingham, Alabama.

Rabbi Menachem Penner -  is the Max and Marion Grill Dean of Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary at Yeshiva University where he has the privilege to inspire and train the rabbis of tomorrow. In March, he will take his next step, assuming the role of Executive Vice President of the Rabbinical Counsil of America, the continent's largest and most prestigious Rabbinic Fellowship. He will continue as a mentor and faculty member at RIETS with the title of Dean Emeritus.

Rabbi Penner served as the spiritual leader of the Young Israel of Holliswood in Queens for 20 years and continues to teach in communities worldwide, focusing on Tanach, Tefillah and Machshavah. He also speaks worldwide on critical family and community issues of our day. Rabbi Penner received his semikhah from RIETS and is proud to serve the institution from which he received his formative education.

Rabbi Penner lives in Cedarhurst, NY and is married to Adeena, the President of Kesher Families, a vital organization for families of individuals who identify as LGBTQ. He works closely with her as part of this special mission. Rabi and Mrs. Penner are proud parents and grandparents of children in the US and Israel.

Our world-renowned day camp is back again! We have always believed that the kids' program is one of the most important features of a Pesach program because if the kids are having a great time †“ then the parents can have a truly relaxing vacation.  

Our kids fall in love with their counselors and can't wait to see them each morning!  

Our day camp only has post college or college age dedicated counselors who have lots of experience.
