אנו שואפים להגיש לכם מקסימום של מוצרים אותנטיים וטריים (ירקות, פירות, דגים...) בהתאם לכמות המקומית היומית. מוצרים מבושלים תוך שמירה על טבעם, ללא שומן או שמן בישול חסר תועלת, רק עדינותו של שמן זית, פריבילגיה של מדינות הים התיכון. בשר גלאט כשר באיכות פרימיום, שנבנה ומוכן במקום במטבחים בעלי רמת תברואה גבוהה, תחת השגחת משגיחו של הרב בלינוב.
