Our signature dishes include chicken and lamb shawarma, falafel, schnitzel, arayes, merguez sausages, kebabs, malabi and other Middle Eastern delicacies inspired by the Levant. Chef Aviv cooks in a modern and casual Tel-Avivian style with a farm-to-table approach and a deep appreciation for the ingredients he uses.
