The three entrepreneurs have training and knowledge in the catering field: Emmanuel Diperto is a chef with 30 years of experience in the field; Rami Padlon previously opened La Taverna del Ghetto - the first kosher restaurant in Rome in the Jewish quarter of Rome; And Shalom Zrog owned a restaurant in Italy, until he decided to make aliyah and open a little Italy with a good atmosphere and kosher in the Holy Land.
