4 large villas on the same estate, with an outdoor air condition tent for large group dining and a shul setup from May till September. Then during the winter villa #5 & #6 have large game-rooms on the lower level that are converted for a large dining space and a shul space. Sefer Torah and Siddurim rental included with the booking.
47 guests (excluding infants under 1.5 years old), 43 beds, 14 regular bdrms with 5 extra open-space-bdrms, 4 pack’n plays, and a Kosher Locked Cabinet in each villa added for Kvation bookings.

Shul:
• Sefar Torah rental is included with the booking (will be bought to the estate for the booking and picked up towards the end of it).
• 40 Siddurim, chabad nusach, if you want Ashkenazi or Sefard nusach seddurim please let us know minimum 3 weeks in advance.
• May till 1st of September: Outdoor air condition tent for large group dining and a shul setup.
• September till 1st of May: Chul setup can be in villa #5 or #6 in its lower level, where the game-room is and the game-room is put away to accommodate the shul setup.
