Shabbat Times in Williamsburg

Halachic note

Williamsburg follows the local custom of lighting candles 18 minutes before sunset. The Shabbat-end time shown uses tzeit hakochavim (8.5°). A 72-minute alternative is also shown for those who follow that opinion.

The Williamsburg Jewish community is a small but active one, centered around Congregation Beth El and the Chabad at William & Mary, which provides essential services and meals for traditionally observant students and visitors.
