Shabbat Times in Tenafly

Halachic note

Tenafly follows the local custom of lighting candles 18 minutes before sunset. The Shabbat-end time shown uses tzeit hakochavim (8.5°). A 72-minute alternative is also shown for those who follow that opinion.

Tenafly, New Jersey, part of the extensive Bergen County Jewish community, offers a robust infrastructure for Shabbat observance. It features multiple Orthodox synagogues, a reliable eruv, and proximity to a wide array of kosher dining options in the surrounding area.
