Shabbat Times in Pittsford

Halachic note

Pittsford follows the local custom of lighting candles 18 minutes before sunset. The Shabbat-end time shown uses tzeit hakochavim (8.5°). A 72-minute alternative is also shown for those who follow that opinion.

Pittsford is part of the welcoming Greater Rochester Jewish community. While services and kosher amenities are centered in nearby Brighton and Rochester, the area offers a warm Shabbat experience for those who plan ahead for accommodations and meals.
