Nafplion follows the local custom of lighting candles 18 minutes before sunset. The Shabbat-end time shown uses tzeit hakochavim (8.5°). A 72-minute alternative is also shown for those who follow that opinion.

Nafplion, a historic port city in the Peloponnese, possesses a rich Jewish past but does not have an organized Jewish community today. Shabbat-observant visitors should plan for a self-catered experience, as there are no local kosher amenities, synagogues, or eruv.
