Shabbat Times in Giv'atayim

Halachic note

Giv'atayim follows the local custom of lighting candles 18 minutes before sunset. The Shabbat-end time shown uses tzeit hakochavim (8.5°). A 72-minute alternative is also shown for those who follow that opinion.

Giv'atayim is a centrally located city in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area with a diverse Jewish community of secular, traditional, and modern Orthodox residents. The city is fully covered by an eruv and offers numerous synagogues and kosher food options for a comfortable Shabbat.
