Enghien-les-Bains follows the local custom of lighting candles 18 minutes before sunset. The Shabbat-end time shown uses tzeit hakochavim (8.5°). A 72-minute alternative is also shown for those who follow that opinion.

Enghien-les-Bains has a vibrant Sephardic Jewish community with a central synagogue and an eruv. For Shabbat, visitors can find kosher shops and should pre-arrange meals, as dedicated kosher restaurant options in town are limited.
