Halachic note

Dubai follows the local custom of lighting candles 18 minutes before sunset. The Shabbat-end time shown uses tzeit hakochavim (8.5°). A 72-minute alternative is also shown for those who follow that opinion.

Dubai's Jewish community has grown rapidly since 2020 and now hosts kosher hotels, restaurants and synagogues across the city.
