Shabbat Times in Buffalo

Halachic note

Buffalo follows the local custom of lighting candles 18 minutes before sunset. The Shabbat-end time shown uses tzeit hakochavim (8.5°). A 72-minute alternative is also shown for those who follow that opinion.

Buffalo's Jewish community is a warm and welcoming hub centered in the Amherst and Williamsville suburbs. For Shabbat observers, life revolves around the Young Israel of Greater Buffalo, with an established eruv and a large kosher section at the local Wegmans to serve community needs.
