With your choice of couch and loveseat with coffee table in the entryway informal den or two large couches facing a flat screen tv in the formal living room, either option will be a comfortable one. The furnishings are in the creme and pearl grey color scheme, with mirrored glass and grey and white hi gloss accents throughout the living areas.  

The formal wood dining room table is majestic and complements the regally upholstered oversized chairs. This area along with the living room area overlooks the pool and backyard, offering plenty of natural light.

As a bonus, the entire home has been outfitted with LED lighting, giving a warm welcoming feel no matter which room you enter.

The spacious kitchen is decorated in pearl-toned granite, and the wraparound counter allows for informal dining with the three grey leather bar stools provided. Creme cabinets and hi end stainless steel appliances, two sinks, and plenty of workspace make this kitchen a pleasure to prepare meals in.  A closet hides the laundry system that is stocked with washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board.

There are three bedrooms in this home, with the option for a fourth in a separate suite.    

The master bedroom, with two 48” beds, is located directly off the main entrance to the house.  The paint color, decor, and flowery linen bedding pattern create a bright and cheery atmosphere.  This bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with jetted shower.

The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each and are also decorated with classy paint colors and linens. The guest bathroom boasts an ultra-modern look with its glass and mirrored accents and a top of the line jet shower system above the bathtub, giving you your choice of bathing option.

Step outside to the backyard area and be amazed at the amount of space that is all yours to enjoy. From the large grassy lawn to the massive paved patio area, both surrounding the heated pool, you will love every moment outdoors with the banana and avocado trees swaying in the background.  If you are the type who enjoys dining al fresco, the grill is ready and waiting alongside a covered outdoor dining table and chairs that seat up to eight.

The Granite Villa also offers an additional suite as an add-on option, located one step down from the kitchen of the main house.  This unit has its own kitchen with cook top/oven and refrigerator, two sinks, granite counters, and seating for two. The bedroom and sitting area has two 48” beds with two comfortable chairs to relax in, and its own bathroom with jetted shower. A laundry center has been provided as well. Outside there is a dedicated patio area for guests of this suite with comfortable seating amid a relaxed atmosphere.

Located a short walk from shuls and “the canal,” the Pearl Villa is the perfect villa for the discerning vacationer who wants upscale accommodations in a “feel at home” atmosphere.
