At My Kosher Hotel we offer you a variety of dishes:Italian specialities as well as international cuisine offered in a 4-course served dinner every evening with additional rich salad bar of antipasti and soups invite you to enjoy our culinary delights.  

At breakfast we offer you a choice of a large buffet with the additional possibility of making your own sandwiches for your day’s outing.

Afternoon coffee, tea with cake and cookies are available daily.

Enjoy a cocktail at our american bar and special offer of ice cream in the summer and hot chocolate with cream in the winter.  

Shabbat at My Kosher Hotel has a special touch with the beautiful decoration of the dining room: white chair covers as well as special plates make the Shabbat experience at My One Kosher Hotel unique.     

A Kiddush offered on our terrace (weather permitting) with a vast choice of cakes and other specialities will make your Shabbat feeling complete.

Enjoy also our special theme dinners,  our splendid barbecue with large choice of salads on our terrace in the summer  and  our special milky Melava Malka with Pizza, Lasagna and other Italian specialities in the winter.

Our restaurant

In our hotel we serve breakfast and dinner every day, proposing the best specialties of the Italian kosher tradition, according to the rules of the Jewish cuisine.

Breakfast is international, with a rich buffet including both sweet and savory dishes, which can also be used to prepare a packed lunch. Lunch is only served during the Shabbat, Saturday, holiday and rest day, while a light lunch can be requested as an extra.
 

For dinner you can request changes to the menu: we will gladly meet special needs and diets, such as those of vegetarians, vegans, people suffering from intolerances and others. We are also flexible with children, who can eat before the opening hour of the restaurant, which is at 7.00 p.m. in winter and 7.30 p.m. in summer. 
 

Our hotel is the only one in Canazeiwith a kosher cuisine certification. Kosher is a set of religious rules guiding the diet of practicing Jews: it means “in accordance with the law”, “allowed”, and its rules derive from the Bible, the Torah.
