Kosher information
Food and dining
All of your food and beverage needs are included in the price of you package. The hotels ocean front “Blanca Blue” restaurant and the snack kitchen in the pool area will be kosher for the duration of the trip.
Breakfast: Daily breakfast will take place in the Blanca Blue restaurant offering a full luxury hotel style hot breakfast spread.
Lunch and Snack: A dairy lunch will be served in the Blanca Blue Restaurant with a variety of options (Salads, Pasta, Pizza, Fish, Fries…). The snack bar by the pool will be rolling out meat all afternoon (BBQ style) along with a daily special and snacks.
Dinner: Dinners will be a nightly themed cuisine taking place over a variety of venues with some nights eating dinner on the beach, some nights in the restaurant, and Friday night on The Rooftop Ballroom.
Shabbat: Friday night dinner will be served on the rooftop and will boast middle eastern delicacies. Lunch on Saturday will be hosted at the Blanca Blue along with Seuda Shelishit.
